MOB LAW FIRMis a professional civil company governed by the law n° 013 - 2007 of 21 February 2007 relating to professional partnerships and by the legal provisions regulating the exercise of the legal profession in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. Founded in its new form in March 2008 by Mauritanian lawyers wanting to develop the practice of the legal profession in Mauritania, this firm is the first of its kind in the country.The area of expertise is very large, despite it’s predilection for the business law.

The firm is currently composed of four lawyers, including two members each having an experience of more than 18 years of effective exercise of the legal profession and 2 legal assistants plus permanent assistants and other experts who work occasionally on matters requiring their intervention. In addition to its headquarters in Nouakchott, the company plans to establish a regional office in Nouadhibou to be close to its customers working in this city. MOB LAW FIRM also has an international network of correspondents located around the world to support the expansion of its clients and help them to work in different legal environments. MOB LAW FIRM is the representative in Mauritania of GESICA network. GESICA is an international network of lawyers in 60 countries. It offers a mesh including Europe and Africa allowing our clients to be assisted quickly and everywhere. This network offers fine and complementary skills that may be required on specific issues.To get quickly to its clients and to be closer to them, MOB LAW FIRM plans to open regional offices in major cities. In this order, the opening of the regional office of Nouadhibou will be aware of 2015.
